Bio

Phil is originally from Albany, NY, but currently resides in West Richland, WA. He holds a BA in Greek and Roman Civilization and French from the State University of NY at Albany, a Masters of Divinity from St. Bernard's School of Theology and Ministry, a Masters in English from National University, and a Masters in Chicana and Chicano Studies from the University of New Mexico. He is currently pursuing his PhD in Chicana and Chicano Studies. His interest lies in Marxism and Latin American Catholic Liberation Theology and their ability to re-ignite Chicanx Liberation Theology as an agent of community empowerment in Chicana/o communities today.
