Here is a breakdown of applying to the University of New Mexico:
Application Process for New UNM Students
- Begin by applying to the University of New Mexico at APPLY.UNM.EDU
- Submit all official transcripts to Admissions (505.277.8900)
- Submit an updated FAFSA at https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa (UNM School Code: 002663)
- Once admitted, make sure to register and attend New Student Orientation
Post-Admissions
- Schedule an appointment with the CCS academic advisor through Loboachieve. Loboachieve connects you to academic advisors who encourage you to engage more deeply in your academic life and are available to provide resources to help you succeed.
- Attend the CCS Fall Department Retreat
- Attend CCS Undergraduate New Student Orientation/Undergraduate Get-Together
- Attend CCS Fall Open House
- Apply for scholarships
